Legal notice
The terms governing access to and use of this website, and who runs it.
1. Who owns this site
This website is run by two owners, depending on which one issues the invoice. You are told which one provides the service before you book, and that entity is the one answerable for that relationship and the one acting as data controller.

2. What this site is, and what it is not
Enaya Salud Integral offers nutrition guidance and coaching delivered online by a Higher Technician in Dietetics.
Some things worth making clear from the outset:
- Nutrition coaching is not a medical act and does not replace diagnosis, treatment or follow-up by your doctor or any other healthcare professional.
- No illnesses are diagnosed and no medication is prescribed.
- Where there is a medical condition or drug treatment involved, the plan is offered as a complement to it and in coordination with your healthcare team.
- The content published on this site is general and informational. It is not personalised advice and must not be taken as such: every plan is drawn up individually after a prior assessment.
- If you have symptoms, discomfort or any doubt about your health, speak to your doctor. In an emergency, go to an emergency department or call the local emergency number (112 in the EU).
3. Terms of use
Access to this site is free and open. By browsing it you accept these terms.
You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith, and in particular not to:
- use it for unlawful purposes or in ways harmful to others;
- introduce or spread malicious code that could disrupt the site or its users;
- attempt to reach restricted areas, or alter or damage the site;
- reproduce or copy the content for commercial purposes without permission.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The text, design, navigation structure, choice of content and photographs on this site are protected by copyright law. The Enaya Salud Integral name, its logo and its visual identity — created by Serandu Studio — are protected as industrial property.
Reproducing, distributing, communicating or adapting them without the owner's express permission is not allowed, beyond the uses the law permits, such as quotation with attribution.
The typefaces used (Cormorant Garamond and Manrope) are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are served from this same domain.
5. Links to other sites
The site links to WhatsApp (wa.me), which is the usual
contact channel. Following those links takes you off this site and onto a
third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy, over which the
owner has no control and for which she accepts no responsibility.
6. Liability
The owner takes care to keep the published information accurate and up to date and the site running without interruption, but neither can be guaranteed absolutely. In particular, she is not liable for:
- interruptions, delays or errors caused by technical faults, your own connection or unrelated third parties;
- harm arising from using the published information other than as intended — in particular decisions about your diet or health taken without a prior individual assessment;
- the content of third-party sites that are linked to.
None of the above limits liability that the law imposes mandatorily, nor the rights consumer law grants to consumers.
7. Data protection
How personal data is handled is explained separately in the privacy policy. Cookies and browser storage, in the cookie policy.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law where the service is provided by the Spanish entity, and by Swiss law where it is provided by the Swiss entity. In both cases, for consumers resident in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence also apply and are not affected by this clause.
If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own domicile. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Changes to this notice
This legal notice may be updated when the owner's details, the services offered or the applicable law change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown below.
